 We installed a great 5" CST Suspension Lift Kit on a 2006 Chevy Colorado 2WD. This lift kit was designed to simply, yet effectively, lift your mid-size pickup a solid 5 inches. Included in this kit are a pair of front 5" fabricated lift spindles, brake lines, a carrier bearing relocator bracket, and a set of add-a-leafs for the rear. For this kit, we had to do some custom fabrication. We manipulated the included crossmember to accommodate the 2WD drive shaft that hung a little lower than expected. The fabrication turned out great and the customer could not be happier. (see picture # 4 at the bottom) To continue the install we wrapped 275/70/17 BF Goodrich: All Terrain T/A KO tires around 17x9 American Eagle 197 Wheels. This Colorado looks amazing sitting at a full 5" of lift and coupled with the 32" tires. |
